Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
The 2008 Deep Sea Sauvignon Blanc is a nice white gold color, brilliant,
this wine opens on grapefruit, citrus, white flowers and fresh cut grass. It is vibrant
and fresh. The mouthfeel is generous but light and crisp, it is somehow a full but not
heavy wine. There is some minerality that lingers and that creates a balanced feel
with a great acidity and freshness.
