Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
The 2009 Sea Flower Rosé has an aroma of fresh cherry, strawberry, peach, melon and citrus, opening up to crisp strawberry, cassis and citrus. This rosé was made with a traditional method of saignée, wherin some wine is partially drained out of the fermentation tank. The remaining wine experiences further extraction in tank, while the drained juice offers a fine example of an old world style of rose.

Winemaker Notes
The wine is intense in red/black fruits (strawberry/cassis). A crisp acidity balances the smooth texture of the wine. Light and delicate, it still is a wine that will pair well with food, even slightly spiced.
