Don't miss out on our NEW 2024 Deep Sea Chardonnay-sourced from the cool-climate Goodchild Vineyard, located in the Santa Maria Valley—one of California’s premier growing regions for Chardonnay. Known for its coastal influence and distinct terroir, the vineyard benefits from fog and breezes that help preserve acidity and fruit freshness. Our 2024 vintage is fermented in stainless steel to retain its bright, clean character, then aged for four months in neutral oak, adding texture and subtle oak notes. The result is a focused Chardonnay with notes of green apple, citrus, and stone fruit, supported by bright acidity and a mineral-driven finish. This wine is a versatile, modern expression of the unique Santa Maria Valley terroir. Pairs perfectly with Spring dishes like grilled asparagus, or pan roasted chicken with snap peas and lemon-YUM!
