2022 Deep Sea Grenache, Demetria Estate

Hand-harvested from the renowned Demetria Estate vineyard in Los Olivos, our Grenache showcases the unique terroir of the Santa Ynez Valley. Fermented with 10% stem inclusion and indigenous yeast in stainless tanks. Aged for 18 months in 100% neutral French Oak (228L barriques (traditional size barrel) and 600L *demi muids, which impart subtle nuances of oak. Smells Like: Fresh Raspberry, Red Currant, Dried Violets, White Pepper. Tastes Like: Tart Cherries, Red Currants, Raspberry, and Cinnamon Spice on the finish. Limited Production: 220 Cases.
