This Santa Barbara County Chardonnay is sourced from an acclaimed Los Alamos Vineyard site, Valley View Vineyard. Stainless steel fermented, and then transferred to a combination of new and neutral oak barrels for 6 months. Aromas of Apples, Pears, key lime, Meyer lemon. Tropical Pineapple, Lemon, Lime, and Apple notes with a hint of Vanilla on the finish.
A fruit forward and full-bodied Red Blend named after the elusive Manta Ray, also known as the "Devilfish." These graceful creatures can be spotted in the warmer waters of Baja California and are known for their elusive personalities and mysterious behavioral patterns. Despite the name, they are gentle giants, and a sighting of a lone Manta Ray is a rare and lucky event. Our red blend is a gentle giant also, fruit forward, with juicy dark berry flavors, big tannins, and a hint of mystery...

A fruit forward and full-bodied Red Blend named after our Winery Dog, Rolo the Chocolate Lab. Rolo, who quickly grew from a wee pup to a great, grinning, whale of a Lab is the inspiration for this wine. Gillian Conway got Rolo in 2007, the beginning of our winemaking adventures. He is turning 13 years old this year! Each year the blend is comprised of different grapes, but always we strive to make it fruit forward, with juicy dark berry flavors, big tannins, and notes of chocolate-of course! This year the blend is comprised of Malbec, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc. Enjoy in the company of friends, canine or otherwise! Woof Woof!
Our 2019 Malbec is sourced from an acclaimed vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. Stainless steel fermented, and then transferred to French Oak barrels for 6 months, this wine is rich with fruit, soft tannins, and layers of complex savory notes. Aromas of Blackberry, Baking Spices, and Cedar are followed by flavors of crushed Dark Berries, Black Olive, and Spice.
