This trio of wines showcases a new label design by John Conway, which depicts our deep passion for coastal wines and the wild, beautiful nature of coastal living.
Our 2018 “Seastar” Rosé will kick-start your Spring with fragrant floral and fruity aromatics that lead you to fresh fruit flavors, stony minerality, confident structure, and surprising texture. The Pinot Noir grapes for this vintage of Rosé are sourced from an acclaimed Los Alamos Vineyard site. Original cuttings for this vineyard were brought over from Europe 25 years ago. The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and to maintain high acidity which is important for preserving citrus fruit flavors and creating a crisp, vibrant style of rosé. The secret of this particular vintage is that there is 3% Viognier blended in alongside the Pinot Noir, which is not listed on the label, but adds to the powerful floral aromatics that make this vintage so delightful!
