Our family reserves the Conway label for exceptional barrels in our cellar that have been hand-selected to offer the utmost in quality, character and agebility. Our first vintage of Conway was created in 2009, in honor of our father, Christopher Conway, who has maintained a passion for California Cabernet Sauvignon throughout his lifetime.

The first vintage of Conway was reserved for three Napa Valley Cabernets from highly regarded vineyard sources in the Rutherford, Atlas Peak, and Napa Valley AVAs. For subsequent vintages we sourced grapes closer to home, in the Happy Canyon, in Santa Barbara County. We have since determined that Santa Barbara is where we will continue to source grapes for the Conway label, since we believe whoheartedly in the future and quality of this region. We are proud to produce Santa Barbara wines under our namesake label with grapes from Santa Ynez, Sta. Rita Hills, the Santa Maria Valley, and the Happy Canyon.
